Chris Woodcock is a Production Sound Mixer / Boom Operator / Post Production Sound Editor based in N.Ireland.

Currently situated outside Belfast he is located just off the A1/M1 which gives him easy access to both sides of the border and every other major road network including all the major airports and ports that both the North and South provide.

He has experienced working both domestically and internationally and is willing to travel to any part of the world.

Chris has provided his expertise to independent production companies, television broadcasters (Such as TG4 and the BBC), advertising and corporate enterprises.

Chris’s wide range of experiences includes: Drama, Documentary, Broadcast Television, Educational, Corporate, Webcasting and Media training.
 

Equipped with the latest multi-track recording and radio microphone systems, Chris can provide a flexible solution to your location sound recording needs, from simple play back to in ear monitoring systems for director and continuity. He has experience with a wide variety of camera set-ups and is very comfortable operating alongside the camera department using such systems as the Red Epic, Arri Alexa and the Panavision Genesis.

Chris can also offer services as a Boom Operator and has worked on feature films and documentaries as the main boom operator and second boom.

As well as location sound expertise Chris can also offer services as a Sound Editor and provide any project with a final mix using his own Pro Tools 10 work station.
